On March 5, a conference/debate (in French) on the topic of « Inspiring and achieving sustainable change » will be organized at the IESEG School of Management (Lille campus) in the context of the 4^th edition of the ICOR Thesis Award ceremony.

How do companies take into account today’s social and environmental challenges? To what extent do some « big » companies innovate and change their strategies and internal organization to stimulate the necessary changes in the production and consumption processes in the industries in which they operate? Who and what inspire them and guide them? To what extent can small and medium enterprises be the essential think tanks for the development of large scale innovative practices?

These are some of the key questions that will be at the center of this conference.
