Jacob Vakkayil is an Full Professor and Director of the MBA - International Track at IÉSEG School of Management. Prior to joining IÉSEG, he was teaching at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in India.
Through his research, Jacob explores multi-level (micro-meso-macro) issues, especially by focusing on various aspects of organization. His recent work has been published in M@n@gement, Management Learning, European Management Journal, Journal of Management Inquiry, and Business and society.
