ICOR Thesis Award ceremony & Conference on « Inspiring and achieving sustainable change »

On March 5, a conference/debate (in French) on the topic of « Inspiring and achieving sustainable change » will be organized at the IESEG School of Management (Lille campus) in the context of the 4th edition of the ICOR Thesis Award ceremony.

 

Débat

How do companies take into account today’s social and environmental challenges? To what extent do some « big » companies innovate and change their strategies and internal organization to stimulate the necessary changes in the production and consumption processes in the industries in which they operate? Who and what inspire them and guide them? To what extent can small and medium enterprises be the essential think tanks for the development of large scale innovative practices?

These are some of the key questions that will be at the center of this conference.

  • Jean-Pierre Haemmerlein, Director of the Décathlon Foundation
  • Jan Noterdaeme, Co-founder of CSR Europe, the European business network for Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Anne RAMEAU, for her thesis entitled « Investors motivations for impact investing » (thesis supervisor: Prof. Daniela Laurel-Fois)
  • Laure-Ruth NGIMBOUS BATJOM, ,for her thesis entitled « CSR disclosure tone and investors’ decision » (thesis supervisor: Prof. Lies Bouten)
  • Marie SIPOS, for her thesis entitled « Relationships between social intrapreneurship, people’s motivations and company attraction and retention » (thesis supervisors: Prof. Elise Marescaux and Bryant Hudson)
