Video: ICOR member outlines her research on CSR in the context of organizational restructuring

Yulia Titova is a professor of finance and a member of ICOR. She was recently interviewed, as part of the School’s 60-seconds Inside Research videos, about her research on the role of CSR in the context of organizational restructuring and mass layoffs.

Her research with her co-authors provides evidence that both the level and duration of CSR practices play a significant role in building a company’s legitimacy during restructuring activities, and that this role depends on the restructuring context.
