Caroline Rieu Plichon is an Assistant Professor at IESEG School of Management (Paris campus). She teaches Change Management and Human Resource Management. She earned her Ph.D. from ESCP, after many years as a manager at a global furniture retailer.
Her research interests encompass sustainable and mindful change, ambiguity management and management under uncertainty.
