Margaret Flaherty is a Professor of Practice in sustainability/CSR, teaching in the Bachelors, Masters and EMBA programs. She joins IESEG faculty after 25 years working with companies and industry trade associations to develop and implement practices leading to more competitive and sustainable outcomes.
Her areas of interest include scenario planning, case study research, and the role and impact of industry associations and the ‘visible rivals’ dynamics. She combines her teaching with consulting.
